    1. @WildBill; Sometimes when I talk to some of them I wonder what else they might be growing, maybe they might be trying to get a head start on Medical Weed????????

    2. @Macofjack; I know I went heavy on the politicians but you are right about it not being all of them only, I have seen it at work in the town north of me, when a new company wants to open the locals seem to fight them tooth and nail that they don’t want to disrupt the local economy, which I argue this will be good because it will give a broader tax base to work from, but I usually still get the argument that the local economy won’t support these businesses, the fact being is these businesses would not be looking to open if they thought it would be a looser for them. I have seen some of these people since the store openings and have said how the tendency is that you can’t find a space for parking most of the time that the local economy wouldn’t support them, so like you said it isn’t only politician holding it back!

    3. @Wild Bill; I moved to Mo. 2 1/2 years ago from Pa. which in it’s own is a cultural shock, it is mostly heavy farming, and the farmers are getting the shaft from most middlemen, so with what I have seen is that they are hard workers, and love their country, but politics play a major set back on most. I have seen through their tax bases problems have been brought on by politicians, the politicians put taxes on years ago and mysteriously disappeared, so now any tax increase has to be voted on. The people don’t trust the politicians at all but with their past dealings with them they are tied to them for government hand outs! This is sad because the government has a strangle hold on them! This makes them super tight that if they change, they will lose what little help they get will be gone. The sad part is that the Rob Peter to Pay Paul is really tough seeing it with how they fight any increase a tax increase because of past dealings with past politicians policies, I keep hoping that talking to people and putting my thoughts out maybe it will do some good and I will try to get some to change their minds to change politics for the better of the state!

      1. @willy d – I’ve lived in MO for over 24 years and some of what you say is true, but it’s not all the politicians that hurt MO residents. Oh and if all you see is farmers you have not looked around much!

      2. @willy d – I’m a transplant from IL (home of record while I was in the Air Force). When I retired I could not find a job in southern IL so we came to MO. If you really want to see farmers only drive around southern IL. There is nothing and that is the Chicago gangs fault (Donkeycrats have been in power and hold it any way they can)!
Enjoy MO it’s a pretty good state and I hope we can keep it that way!
        Take Care

      3. @willy d, If they are for higher federal income taxes, then they should vote democrat. If they are for government seizing the means of industrial and agricultural production, then they should vote democrat. If they want to keep their doctor, then they should vote democrat. If they would diminish their own Constitutional Rights, then they should vote democrat.

    4. @ Wild Bill I can’t carry at the poling place but I am going to cast my vote regardless, I will not back down on the fight the Demo-Rats want to carry out, I will be there to cast my vote on11/6/20018!!!!!!!!

      1. @willy d, Can you carry a few other voters to the polling place? Oh, and thank you for being a patriot in these times of difficulty.

    5. If you get out and vote, then you will feel so good when the MSM, the democrat national socialists, every hard core unemployable, illegal alien societal malcontent and Hollywood elitist gets the slap in the face that they deserve.

    6. The poles show the democrats winning the house. That means Nancy P. Waters and Shiff will be in charge. I’m not sure they can stand the pace or destroy the country without the senate. Anyway, let’s not find out, get out and vote!

    7. The DEMO-RATS want us not to mobilize against their agenda so that they can get the full power back to destroy our GREAT COUNTRY!!! GET OUT AND VOTE it is time to finish Draining The Swamp!!!
