Well Travis, since you wanted us to post our choice of bullet in the comments, here’s mine. Ultra Core-Loc with 1900 fps muzzle velocity not the new expander with muzzle velocity less than 1500 fps & less range. If I want to shoot Barnes Sabots, then I will take my muzzle loader that has the power to shoot out to 200 yards with a 4 inch drop. How about a little more data on the shell. At that price they should be proud of their product. Not shying away from telling you about it. How about some accuracy figures, penetration figures, velocity figures ?? With that price for a box of 5 shells, it should gut, process and freezer wrap your deer.
Is this for smooth bore or only rifled barrels? Article doesn’t say and Remington’s website doesn’t say either. A little more info in the article would be good.
Sabot (usually) equals a rifled barrel or rifled choke for best performance.
Sabots are for rifled barrels.

Remington needs to return to reality pricing. A 25 cent shot shell should never be priced above a dollar a round! And they wonder why they’re bankrupt? Unless Remington actually has nothing to do with the manufacture of the shotshell, and there are 7 middlemen involved!
