Bettws Hall is a very well established, vertically integrated business based in Mid Wales. Originally founded on traditional agriculture – the Evans Family have diversified over the past 30 years to specialize in the production and rearing of pheasants and partridges, and ultimately – the wonderful sport these birds offer, not to mention the delicious game for the plate!

Their exclusive sporting estates are primarily focused in Mid Wales and the West Country. The natural topography of these areas, combined with the elements, provide incredibly high birds, which will challenge even the most accomplished of hunters. The days are seamlessly run to ensure maximum enjoyment for all – this begins with their luxury accommodations where guests can enjoy fine dining created by their chef, accompanied with exquisite wine and all the amenities and comfort you would expect from a five-star hotel.

The Bettws Hall game farm hatchery program operates all year-round, but is in full swing from March through to August where they hatched just short of 8,000,000 pheasants and partridges in 2017. These birds can be transported across the UK as day old ‘chicks’ or as ‘poults,’ which are seven-week-old pheasants and 14-week-old partridges, in their fleet of temperature and humidity-controlled vehicles. Bettws Hall has built a national reputation as one of the most advanced and well-respected game farms, based on the quality of their strong and healthy birds.

Bettws Hall has been attending the SCI Hunters’ Convention for over five years and will have a booth at the 2019 SCI Hunters’ Convention held Jan. 9-12, 2019, in Reno, Nevada. They invite you to stop by booth #2622 to visit with them.

    1. Elitist recreational opportunities……..the article is interesting but it would have been “more”, interesting to understand who these opportunities to bird hunt are accessible to in the UK.

    2. Who cares what these people do. They, the UK, are our number 1 enemy. They are the ones who are behind the coup to remove PRESIDENT TRUMP. Mark my words and buckle up boys and girls. I guess they can really hold a grudge.
