NTOA Announces 1st Ever Law Enforcement Leadership Symposium

This National Tactical Officers Association week-long training event, occurring in Reno, Nevada, May 6 – 10, 2019, will provide an array of sought-after leadership courses.

Developing strong leadership is a challenging task for police agencies. The one concern that I have with police stops is this; How can a police officer determine that his life is in danger before a weapon is actually produced? Too many traffic stops end with a dead driver who was reaching for his credentials, that the officer requested, but shot in the process. I believe that is an important issue that needs to be addressed.
