NEWINGTON, N.H.-(Ammoland.com)- SIG SAUER, Inc. today released the SIG SAUER Pivoting Contour Brace (PCB) accessory to be included with variants of the SIG MCX and SIG MPX series rifles, and available for purchase separately as an accessory.

The new SIG SAUER PCB has a sturdy I-Beam design and features a 360-degree pivoting arm articulation, 1913 rail mounting interface, and folds flat for easy storage leaving the controls easily accessible. The brace is available in black and coyote tan.

“This new pivoting contour brace has been reengineered to increase functionality” said Tom Taylor, Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President, Commercial Sales, “The minimalist design of the brace makes it lightweight, and by design there are more points of contact between the brace and the user increasing control for better accuracy, while the 360-degree pivoting arm only enhances the overall user-friendliness of the brace to enhance the shooting experience.”

Recently the new SIG SAUER PCB Brace was featured at the Honored American Veterans Afield (HAVA) National Family Day Learn to Shoot Again event at San Antonio Police Academy in San Antonio, Texas. Rick Cicero, Manager and Lead Instructor for the HAVA Learn to Shoot Again Program commented, “with the SIG SAUER Pivoting Contour Brace I was able to easily move through the stages of a challenging course of fire easily alternating the angle of my SIG MCX and adjusting for target position and barrier placement.”

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the SIG SAUER PCB will be donated to the HAVA Learn to Shoot Again program.

The SIG SAUER Pivoting Contour Brace is available for purchase at sigsauer.com/store.

MSRP: $199.00

I hate when an article about a product has one generic pic of the item and none of the features that are the whole selling point of the item. Here check out this awesome new gadget and read our article about it but we are not going to show you any pics of what makes it great….

What part pivots 360 degrees?
The rubber part against your shoulder?
Why would you want that?
Bump stocks just banned, as they are work around of the machine gun rule.
I predict “braces” are next.
After all, they are just a work around of the short barreled rifle rule.

It’s a great idea. It allows the brace to conform to the individual shooters arm. The traditional straight up and down of an arm brace doesn’t fit with the natural curve of a forearm or wrist.

Sigs engineers are killing the game right now it’s undeniable.
