    1. I think it is a good decision to leave her just where she is. I don’t buy her sob story and I don’t think she is coming here just to come back home. Gitmo is not a good choice because we have to feed, clothe, give medical care and all the other things a dependant needs. She ran away so she can fend for herself and if what I read is true that she sliced peoples throats then she should be able to take care of herself, or not who cares. If she was allowed back here some well meaning individual might take the law into their own hands and that person would end up in jail.

    2. A lot of you have missed the obvious solution. She is a war criminal, pure and simple.
      So do the math on the matter. How much would it cost the US tax payer to keep her in jail for the rest of her life?
      How much would it cost for a fair trial followed by a public execution?
      Think of it as cost cutting and the savings could be put into looking after returned vets!

      1. @keith, War criminals get tried at the Hague. What qualifies her as a war criminal? There is more to be had by having her sue to prove that the 14th Amendment makes her a citizen. When her legal theory fails then there are a lot of people that become non citizens. That clause of the 14th Amendment was not intended for people under her circumstances; has been intentionally misinterpreted so as to mislead the entire nation; and has never been tested in fed court. This is an opportunity, and could be a gift to Americans that believe in the Constitution!

    3. If she really did kill people and she is a terrorist, she should hang by the neck until dead. Only an idiot would buy the ive changed cry. Once a terrorist, always a terrorist.

    4. Jane Fonda and Lee Harvey Oswald comes to mind. I am not very knowledgeable of laws involving denouncement of US citizenship. However, Huda should be treated as any other non-citizen enemy combatant, except being prosecuted as a traitor.

    5. For providing material aid and comfort to the enemy and promoting acts of murder and terrorism within the US, she has lost all rights as a citizen. The only way she should be allowed to return is as an enemy combatant with a one way ticket to Gitmo.

    7. She is a US Citizen Born in the United States and should be allowed to come home and face American Justice. It should scare everyone that the government is somehow deciding on their own who is and who is not a US Citizen even when they are born on US Soil. If they can do it to her what is stopping the government from doing it to you? That is what this is about. I see the uproar over Benchmade helping to destroy guns and people saying if we allow a company to destroy guns for the police then this is ending the Second Amendment. But you don’t even take a second look at a US citizen born here in the United States being denied entry to her country. That should scare you more than any cut up gun. The thought that you could leave the United States and then be declared persona non grata by your government with no oversight should scare you.

      1. @TC…Have to disagree with you this time . Just like BM and Dicks she made a decision . No one forced her to leave GITMO is the proper place for her along with the other terrorist . She did encourage death to Americans , Man , Woman , and Child.

        1. I am not saying she should not be fully prosecuted. She should be, and she should spend a long long time in jail. But she is a US Citizen and should not be denied entry. Steps in and off to jail that is what I am saying. And Americans kill more Americans than anyone else. There were over 14,000 gun related homicides in 2016 (FBI) the vast majority were from other Americans. not to mention the 22,000 self inflected gunshots. Americans Kill allot of Americans.

      2. @tomcat14, No, absolutely not, this does not scare me in the least. Hoda Muthana gave up her citizenship the day she left the borders of the United States to support a sworn enemy whose only charter is to destroy our way of life, anything and everything Western in nature that does not fit their radical beliefs. She was weaponized when she left and is more so today. I disagree with you, she is no longer a citizen of the Nation.

      3. Her father was a diplomat and there for she isn’t an automatic citizen.And they have pictures of her cutting people throats. So do you want her as a neighbor and do you want to waste tax money to defend her. remember the Boston bomber is still alive as is the guy who shot up the military base.

The 14th is pretty clear. “All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” I don’t know how you miss read or understand that. Its one of the more clear lines in the whole constitution.

      4. @tomcat14, If she truly is a US citizen, then there is no allow to it. USCs can not be prevented from returning to the US. The issue is the deliberate misinterpretation of the citizenship clause of the 14th, by a previous administration.

How is “All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” Being misinterpreted? Seems pretty clear. She was born in New Jersey. She is therefore a US Citizen and a citizen of new jersey.

        1. She was Born in New Jersey Section 1 of the 14th (I know it take a lot to read beyond #2) “All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
          She was born in the US. She is a US Citizen.

          1. The question of citizenship falls on the “and” subject to the jurisdiction…
            Is she as a diplomat’s daughter, subject to the US Jurisdiction?.. or to Yemen…

            I understand they have to obey most laws as a citizen does, with the exception of immunities..

    8. Not one single one of these,should ever be allowed to walk free on US soil again. I do not give a damn who their parents, family, lawyers are. They should be treated as war criminals. Male, female or in between!
