Fairfax, VA – -(Ammoland.com)- On February 27th, the Kentucky state House Judiciary Committee voted 12-8 to pass Senate Bill 150. SB 150 will now go to the House floor for a full vote.

Senate Bill 150, sponsored by Senator Brandon Smith (R-30), would recognize a law-abiding citizen’s unconditional Right to Keep and Bear Arms for self-defense in the manner they choose. Self-defense situations are difficult, if not impossible, to anticipate. Accordingly, a law-abiding adult’s right to defend himself or herself in such situations should not be conditioned by government-mandated time delays and taxes.

Governor Stitt signed constitutional carry this past Wednesday for the great state of Oklahoma. Moms demand stupidity were present spewing there garbage, and they lost again.

the Dems in the house are adding some stupid amendments to this bill. They are trying to make it impossible to carry concealed. watch here https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/record/19rs/sb150.html?fbclid=IwAR0Iy1DM_ICCfyEDWUxB7zbWMJB1-2_mJKdR0a8bg39Ob8M3w2SDNfd4PyU#actions

Isn’t it required that amendments get voted on before they can be added to a bill? If so, this is just posturing and pandering to their lunatic constituents.

We will be getting a vote on it in the Georgia legislature soon too. Everybody help us out in our states to keep the ball rolling and our pressure on the other remaining states to make it legal. Send emails or make a phone call. We stand strong together.

We are slowing winning our right to bear arms (in public) in many states, with more to come. Lets carry on and nurture the branches of the freedom tree limb by limb. Time is to hold town hall meetings, be involved your local government officials!
