The National Association of Police Equipment Distributors (NAPED) and North American Association of Uniform Manufacturers and Distributors (NAUMD) Annual Conference and Exhibition registration closes March 15, 2019.
New Bern, N.C. (Ammoland.com) – The National Association of Police Equipment Distributors (NAPED) and North American Association of Uniform Manufacturers and Distributors (NAUMD) announce the last day to register for their annual conference and exhibition closes on March 15, 2019. The event will be held in New Orleans, April 7 – 9, 2019 for public safety and law enforcement product manufacturers and retailers/distributors.
The annual event provides a unique, industry-wide opportunity for new and well-established companies to network with the top management teams of some of the leading brands in the public safety community. An exhibition hall is open for manufacturers to display their product lines and grow their sales channel through one-on-one meetings with distributors.
Conference break out sessions include discussions on retail merchandising, employee and company policies, industry economic updates and more. Additionally, the annual event provides a platform to award members with Image of the Year, Best Dressed Public Safety, Innovator of the Year, Rising Star Young Leadership and Lifetime Achievement awards. This year, uniformed police, fire, sheriff and EMS have been invited to attend the exhibition to view the latest in public safety technology and products.
“This is our first year of combining our exhibitions,” James Witmer, president of NAPED and CEO of Witmer Public Safety Group, Inc., explained. “It is the only conference and exhibition of its kind in the public safety community and we look forward to continuing to expand.”
“We strongly urge any company new to the public safety industry to consider this conference and exhibition as the best course of action to get in front of our leading industry buyers,” added Steve Zalkin, president of NAUMD. “Currently, we are double the size of previous years and space is limited.”
