USA –-(Ammoland.com)- Raising the Barr.

Because Attorney General Barr won’t release the unredacted version of the lightly-redacted Mueller report, that would be illegal to release, Nadler is charging him with contempt for upholding the rule of law.

    1. Is it just me or does Nader look and walk like the Batman Penguin villain?

Barr is correct in withholding grand jury matters – if Nader and company were serious they could amend the federal regs including such an exception for disclosure. They admit they are not entitled by law to the info, why else would they ask Barr to seek approval from the judiciary?

With respect the Barr’s prior service – yes, during his confirmation, he should have been asked questions relative to if he still forms the belief as he employed when assisting the sniper, pro bono, who murdered Mrs Weaver during the Ruby Ridge fiasco, arguing immunity for federal agents barred any prosecution of the unlawful act by the sniper. Due to the lack of accountability at the time – the very same agency and personnel escalated an unprovoked attack upon the Waco compound, resulting in multiple murders including children.

Obviously Barr was not involved in the Waco fiasco, but he was in the Ruby Ridge matter and that lack of accountability resulted in the same unlawful conduct by government agencies upon citizens including children.

For those that forgot, Randy Weaver was acquitted of all charges minus a firearm conviction and later was awarded $3 million in damages. Kevin Harris, also shot at Ruby Ridge, was acquitted of all charges and awarded over $300 k in damages.

Again, taxpayers pay these agencies budget, then pay out monetary damages for their wrong doing. Even up to and including recently, nothing has changed, Hatfield was paid $8 million for being falsely accused (anthrax investigation, by Mueller and Comey), IRS scandal, Tea Party paid $3.5 million in damages while Lois Learner retires with cushy pension.

Does Barr have culpability for these other atrocities after Ruby Ridge? One could argue if he was more concerned about the loss of innocent citizens life and/or overreach by government, than arguing successfully for immunity for government agents, these agencies and personnel may not have felt so empowered then, continuing thereafter on the same path as taken at Ruby Ridge.

    2. Nadler is too lazy to walk his fat ars down the hall and look at the Mueller report. Maybe the dolt can’t read. All that but the main reason is that the democrats are all sticking together like glue and they are afraid Barr will out them as criminals. He has them by the short hairs along with Comy and they are all trying to cover up their bad deeds.

    3. Actually, you got it exactly backwards- Barr upheld the Rule of CONSTITUTIONAL Law! The exact opposite of Rule of Law. Rule of Law in a subtactic in the communist tactic of lawfare. Using the countries own laws against its citizens. The Rule of Constitutional Law is based of the people, by the people, for the people. There is no we the people component in the RoL! Just another communist redirect tactic, like using the word democracy (communism) in place of the correct term representative republic.

        1. Because they are every bit as ignorant is the flaming liberals they oppose. William Barr is as anti freedom, anti Constitution as they come. But what can we expect from ” Take the guns first and follow due process later” Trump?

          1. @Chris, Unfortunately, you might be right. I am afraid that Barr will do what ever his current master tells him to do. It remains to be seen.

      1. The problem with y’all’s accusations are that the FBI did the dirty deeds and lied about it. In hind sight we can say that happened in a number of investigations during, before, and after the Clinton years. The question you have to answer is, was Barr aware of the corruption in the FBI or did he assume their work was valid as did Ken Starr and many others.

        1. Considering he personally defended, for free, the triggerman in the murder of Vicki Weaver? Yes. He knew damn well.

      2. Nanashi The liberal in you is coming out! Better be careful you might have to eat something you will not like!
