I have completed 2 builds using PSA lowers and both were tight with no slop what-so-ever. I would not hesitate to purchase any supplies from PSA, they have proven to be extremely reputable company.

Shipping takes it to nearly the price it normally is with free shipping. Only worth it if you buy more than one and have a retailer that gives discounts on bulk transfers.

How about some uppers at that price

I don’t mind PSA lowers, but they don’t have the enhanced features that Aero Precision has. Also, you can get an 80% lower and not have to go through all the B.S that comes with buying the PSA lower.

Wait so you’re saying that $200 lower is going to be highly quality than a $40 lower?

What kind of enhanced features are you speaking of? I thought an AR lower was an AR lower.

Palmetto lowers are great period. But one thing the Aero’s have is an upper tension screw underneath the rear take down pin that removes the play between upper and lower eliminating the need for a Accu- Wedge. They also have the rear takedown pin detent hole threaded for a set screw to hold that little bugger in place for some applications. And an enhanced mag well flare for easier mag insertion. Aero calls it a Gen-2 Lower. Personally I like them both equally.

Okay! Thank You!!!! I just learned something new!

My PSA lower fortunately doesn’t have any play, I am very satisfied. I suppose it matters which upper you have too, but my upper is also cheap one.

Another thing aero has is much better quality control, and customer service. (OK, that’s two) when aero says milspec, it means milspec.
PSA can sell some cheap because they pump out such high volume. And, naturally, there QC suffers as a consequences. You can get a messed up lower from anyone, but that likelihood is much greater with high volume producers like PSA and Anderson

Also, I have a dozen different PSA kits of various calibers and barrel lengths. All have Anderson lowers because they are available locally without transfer fees.

Too bad most gun shops are run by greedy a55holes that charge $25+ to transfer plus $8 for background. Turns a $40 lower into an $80 lower. Wish Palmetto would open regional shops or select a quality shop in each major city as a transfer point. Hell, I’d buy ammo and supplies for not than $25. But until greed is gone I will keep buying Anderson lowers at Rural King.

The ever declining prices makes me wonder how long lowers will even be produced at all in 100%.

Sounds like a very great company
