Gun Stat Fact Check, Pro-Gun Lobbying, Hunter’s Prep, This Week on Gresham’s Gun Talk

Mandeville, LA – -(AmmoLand.com)- It’s fact-checking the Brady gun control group, how to become a gun rights lobbyist, hunter’s prep and new calibers with “Mr. Whitetail”, a great gun rebate, and more, this week on Tom Gresham's Gun Talk® Radio, the original nationally-syndicated talk show about guns and the shooting sports.

This Sunday, Jordan Michaels of Guns America Digest talks with Tom about some of the statistics mentioned by Brady’s Kyleanne Hunter on last week’s show. Specifically, Michaels questions whether Hunter was using 18- and 19-year-olds in the statistic about accidental gun deaths/accidents while saying it only included 17 years old and younger – which Michaels has addressed before at https://bit.ly/2Z5C2G7. Additionally, Hunter mentioned a stat of accidental gun deaths occurring in the home, which Michaels says is not currently a filter available via the CDC data. A request for a statement from Hunter was requested, but has not yet been provided.

Also talking with Tom this week is David Botkin, the CFO of T. Rex Arms. Botkin realized that anyone can be a gun rights lobbyist, and successfully lobbied for the repeal of a Tennessee tax on ammunition – Watch the video above. Plus, Larry “Mr. Whitetail” Weishuhn – wildlife biologist, outdoor writer, author, and host of Trailing the Hunters Moon – talks Ruger No. 1s, new calibers, and hunter’s prep, and Kimber’s Rachel Maloney offers up a great rebate (https://bit.ly/2OVVkOt) and new additions to their EVO line. San Diego, CA Suit filed against the state by several pro-gun groups. Case before the same judge who declared the so-called “high capacity” magazine ban unconstitutional. We are fighting back. It may not be quick. It may not be easy. But, make no mistake. We will prevail! borrowed from Killery Clinton

Excellent. Well done. Lead by example. … I want to emphasize your efforts were focused on repealing a statute rather than negotiating a more “palatable” infringement. … Much continued success to each and everyone involved in the effort – in both business and leading the industry.

While T. Rex Arms was wasting $10,000 on getting the Tennessee ammo tax repealed, the NRA spent spent tens of thousands of Dollars more wisely on hair and makeup: https://www.thedailybeast.com/nra-spent-tens-of-thousands-on-hair-and-makeup-for-ceo-wayne-lapierres-wife-susan. It is important to have priorities!
