The QDMA is just another way the Humane Society of the US is preventing hunters from harvesting deer.
If a person wants to get a trophy, I have no problem with that. I happen to be a meat hunter, and when HSUS under the guise of the DNR, or whatever it is called in your state, tells me I cannot harvest an animal unless it has a certain amount of points on one side, and says it’s to be able to get bigger bucks. I don’t think so! It actually cuts down on the number of animals harvested.
