I assume, but could not verify, even on their site, that with the bird’s head grip, that it has an overall length of 26″ or more. With the pistol grip, it would just become a pistol grip firearm. If not, one would need a tax stamp as it would become an NFA item when the pistol grip was put on it. Interesting, especially the 2nd video where the guy says he put 100 shells through the gun with no fails (50 bird/50 buck). When I think of Black Aces tactical, I think of their 13 or 14 inch barrel pistol grip that I doubt anyone ever put 100 flawless back-to-back rounds through. This seems to be much different.
