“The Supreme Court’s refusal to take a Second Amendment Foundation case falls squarely at the feet of Chief Justice John Roberts.
“He owes every gun owner in the United States an explanation about why the high court declined to hear a number of important Second Amendment cases.”
“Given the fact that the Supreme Court had a cafeteria-style menu of cases from which to choose, there is no excuse why the court at this time chose to ignore the need to rule on any of these cases, and send a message to lower courts that they can no longer thumb their noses at the Heller and McDonald Supreme Court decisions affirming the right to keep and bear arms. “There is still one more case pending cert before the high court that was filed by the SAF. It is known as Rodriguez v. San Jose, a firearms confiscation case out of the State of California.”

they refuse to weigh in on actual violations of the Second Amendment, yet they give mentally unstable people (people who think they can change their sex by claiming so) civil rights that were not enumerated.

With yesterday’s pro sodomite decision changing the very definition of “sex” they have shown themselves to be at odds with the constitution. As such they are no longer valid and need to be ignored. The second amendment will stand of its own volition and its soon use to defend liberty.
@Quarter, S.Ct, justices only sit for life or a term of bad behavior. What they did was bad behavior, but to impeach them we need a majority in the House of Representitives and a majority in Senate. Or someone could just run them over.

Yes there is a reason for Roberts to delay or failing to hear the cases. The lib’s want Senile Creepy Joe to win so they can rule against the 2A on all cases. If they do not hear these cases now it will help their side to turn against ownership. Remember not everyone is what they seem and those type of people are just waiting for the chance to destroy America VIA the 2A and many other ways. NEVER TRUST A LIBERAL.
If the Supreme Court fears an armed public, it’ll be seen as another limb on the democrat tree. I hope it trusts the Constitution to be worthy of peaceable, free and lawful people. If not, it’ll destroy any trust heretofore enjoyed by prior Supreme Courts. And the continuum of trust of this last government branch will be broken. That leaves precisely nothing in the government that can be relied upon to deal in an unbiased manner.
John Roberts is an enemy of the Constitution of the United States. He is a traitor who kept his “clothes” concealed until he betrayed the United States in his ruling that gave us Obamacare.
