Since I bought 420 rounds of 55gr Federal Lake City from Palmetto @ $129.99 + free shipping, in a sealed 30 cal ammo can, on 10 rd strippers with bandoleer cardboards.

NO this is NOT a good deal.

Anyone who needs this done missed the bus.

Oh and some of us prefer the 55 gr because of a youtube showing it cleanly penetrating AR500 armor while the 62 gr bounced off.

Oldvet – Everything you said is exactly correct. Barely a year ago, Palmetto offered the same “deal”, but with 62 gr. and with FREE shipping, all for $.28¢ each. Sorry, I just won’t pull the trigger on this one, no pun intended.
