And still double what it should be going for. Hold off on your bulk buys. Again understand if you have none, buy a couple of boxes, but hold off till they stock forces them to get reasonable.

the prices are nuts , dont think it will ever come back to 9$ a box for 9mm but it should come back in 12 dollar range inflation and bump in raw material , the Remington bankruptcy shut down restart did not help , if you can hold back manufactures all think by fall there will be more inventory and back to normal by summer 2020 with sales and real discounts

Daily Deal Disclaimer: The prduct represented in this AmmoLand Nuws announcement is here because the saller paid us to run this ad for ovwrpriced range ammo to help continue and perpatuate the ridiculous prices brovght on by the so-called “ammo shortage”

Is your last name really Hart? Somehow, I was under the impression that it was Off.

The above was a reply to one of the many SPAMmers that appear from time to time. Unfortunately, I cannot delete it now as that option expired. Please disregard.

With Federal HST .45ACP hollow points selling for 50¢/round by the box why would someone want FMJ at over 62¢/round by the case.

Dogma Factor

Monday, Monday, Monday is the start of new week for gouging.

If manufacturers wouldn’t hold back on making ammo (and therefore keeping prices high), maybe people would be happy to buy more. Just triple your current production capacity already and make more ammo for le$$, and we’ll buy it regularly, thus rewarding the manufacturers with a steady income far into the future. But at THESE prices, we ain’t gonna jump!

Xaun Loc

Don’t blame the manufacturers. All the major factories (except Remington due to the bankrupcy/reorganization) have been running full speed all through this so-called shortage. And manufacturers didn’t raise prices in 2020 – they have started raising prices this year due to the increased cost of components — but those price increases have been just around 10% — not anything like the 300-1000% prices we have been seeing at retail. If there has been any “holding back” it has been at the major distributor wholesale level, not the manufacturers. Likewise ALL the price gouging has been directly into the pockets of… Read more »

Love BROWNELLS and S&B, but they have Bi Metal jackets, and all ranges indoors in my AO will not allow its use.
If you have access to outdoor ranges you’re lucky.

I have two cases of this S&B 45 acp ammo. It does not have bimetallic anything. Maybe some of their ammo is bimetallic, but definitely not this 45 ammo.
It is very good ammo. A bit hotter than most 45 range ammo.

He said Bi-Metal, is that like Heavy Metal Rock and County?

Is that like, metal that does it with guys and with chicks, or something?
