I’m a big fan of the SINGLE-SIXES made by Ruger, I have four of them and what I like is the inter-changeable to the 22wmr cylinder for a little more punch, also that the sights can be upgraded to the fiber-optic sights and adjustable rear sights, I also have the Heritage Rough Rider, which is a little less expensive, they are my knock around guns around my property. I do question why neither company could have made a 9 rnd cylinder, at least for 22 lr. 22 WMR not so. But possibly a seven round cylinder. New England firearms had a R92 Ultra. I think in the 80s & 90s. And cylinders were easily swapped out 22lr & 22WMR. If you had the 22WMR version. Just as the Rough Rider. NE Arms was easier loading & unloading.
