I bought one for about 80 bucks more than the current offer back
in the spring. It is a nice looking 1911 and it functioned flawlessly.
I only put about one box of 45acp thru it. I have never had any
pblm with orders I made with the company selling it. (kygunco)
I would buy another at this reduced price but I next want a lcp
max for daily carry.

Grigori

Thank You!

Try to test fire an LCP before you buy. I carry mine in a pants or coat pocket on occasion but it’s too uncomfortable (painful one might say) to shoot more than a few rounds when at the range. Then if you still want one, go for it but be sure to get a holster to avoid a negligent discharge. My Sticky holster is OK but it does have a tendency to shift into awkward positions and in a large pocket the gun can come partially out of the holster. For the price of an LCP you can get a… Read more »

Kygunco has been killing it lately. Great deals.

The one i bought came with 2 Mec-Gar mags, a barrel wrench, cleaning tools and the manual in a very strong sturdy plastic box. I paid the $319.00 and free shipping to my FFL. I can’t tell you a lot about it yet as i haven’t fired it yet. Ill be going this week, but i can tell you the service you get at The Kentucky Gun Company is great and they ship fast. No worries

Can’t go wrong with a 1911 – 45 acp . My daily carry gun is a 1911- 45 acp . Good price considering we are being screwed by Joe Biden and the Democrats . Better buy 1 before the libs ban all semi auto firearms . FJB

First this is an absolute smoking deal. RSR wholesale price on this gun is $353.43 and MSRP is $429.95. I bought this from Kentucky Gun and shipped here to Alabama for $319.99 (cash/check) price OTD (free shipping and no sales tax). The fit and finish on these guns are excellent and they rival a Remington 1911R1 I bought for $646. I have a Tisas Fatih 13 (Beretta 85 clone) in 380 and this gun is very well made and feeds and shoots hundreds of 380 ACP rounds I fired thru it with no issue. Still tight the same as when… Read more »

Thank you. I was wondering about this gun and trying to find some information about it and most of it was: I just got it, it’s I nice gun, I gave it five stars, next week I am going to take it to the range and shoot it.

That’s my way of saying, thank you for an in-depth report and opinion from a shooter that has experience standpoint and compares it to other guns of the same design. I bought two Sig P938 in 9mm thinking it’s Sig and it’s a proven design. WRONG>

Take care.

I got one and am pleasantly surprised. In a previous article, it indicated that the gun came with one 7 rd magazine. I ordered four Mec-Gar 8 rd mags in anticipation of receiving the gun, plus a bushing wrench. Imagine my surprise on opening the box and finding this gun comes with TWO 8 rd Mec-Gar mags plus a bushing wrench! I put 100 rds of Winchester 230 gr ball through it with no problems. 230 gr HST +P was wonky as far as reliability, with the last cartridge in the mag frequently being ahead of the extractor, causing a… Read more »

Watch um

When I was in the army in Germany in 1963 you could buy a new 1911 for $25 at the rod and gun club. I spent my $25 on beer and have regretted it all these years

The only thing that holds me back when it comes to these clone guns are the availability of spare parts on down the road. Can you use surplus M1911 parts in it or is the cloning strictly cosmetic? I have to say the pricing is very attractive.

Link

Yes you can use surplus parts.
They generally are a 1 to 1 clone

Grigori

Has anyone out there got experience with this gun and this brand?
