Glad I stocked up years ago at less than $5 a box for 12 guage 6 shot game loads . These prices are ridiculous for basically a trap load or low quality game load . 7.5 shot ?? What the hell is that good for besides busting clay pigeons?

Terry

Bought 3 boxes of this 6 months ago, and witnessed my first two squib loads (in separate boxes) in 40 years of shooting factory shotgun loads.

wrote Federal, zero response

When you write “squib” do you mean underpowered? Have heard it used that way but usually squib means projectile stuck in the barrel, ie extremely underpowered.
Tough to imagine birdshot getting stuck, just tilt down and the shot should pour right out. Guess wad could be more problematic but doubt it presents dangerous barrel restriction.
