Self-Defense Shooting Leaves Juvenile Robbers Shot & Wounded in Harris County TX ~ VIDEO

Houston, TX – In a startling turn of events late Christmas night, a man defended himself against a group of young robbers, shooting three of them.

The incident occurred at the Willow Plaza Apartments on N. Houston Rosslyn Road near Smiling Wood.

The juveniles, ranging in age from 12 to 15, reportedly attempted to rob the man at gunpoint as he was returning home from a Christmas party.

According to Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the man, who was with his girlfriend at the time, was approached by at least four armed boys. Initially thinking it was a prank due to their young age, the man quickly realized the threat was real when the juveniles displayed pistols. In defense, he retrieved his own weapon and shot the attackers.

The first of the juveniles was found critically injured and is undergoing surgery at a nearby trauma center. Two others were also hospitalized but are in stable condition. Harris County deputies detained a fourth juvenile and the man involved in the shooting. The adult shooter is cooperating with authorities, and his actions are under review by a grand jury to determine the legality of the shooting.

Reader Reactions:

LaShonda DeLie: “Geez, the parents deserve jail time.”

Mr. Binks: “The cops should give the guy his gun back, send him home, and tell him to have a good day. There’s no jury that would find him guilty of anything…!”

Rick: “Let the guy go. The ‘kids’ are lucky to be alive.”

Scrap It: “Squeegee Boyz from Baltimore google them. Just cause they are young doesn’t mean they won’t un-alive you.”

buford justice: “His poor aim is going to cost the taxpayers millions over a lifetime.”

These comments reflect a mix of shock, concern for taxpayer costs due to potential legal battles, and a strong sentiment for parental accountability. The community response is heavily tilted towards supporting the shooter’s right to defend himself, highlighting the growing discourse around self-defense and gun ownership rights among the public.

I do not care that they are 12-14……I do care (and I am sorry) that they weren’t shot dead.

These rats are irredeemable and as a society we are better off without them.

F’ them and their “parents”

So, how did the four “kids” ages 12 to 14 after midnight on Christmas in the first story from Harris, Texas (follow the link in the Ammoland story for the correct ages in a Harris, Tx media report), acquire guns (pistols or ??)??? That’s a key question. Also, were they “migrants”, US citizens, or??? The Houston media reported two of the four kid perps were in critical condition.

You would think so but the man they attempted to rob didn’t get killed so they are probably going to spend some time in Juvi and then be released at age 18 or 21 and their record expunged like the two black girls that tried stealing a car from an oriental man that got killed wound up with. It’s the old, oh they are just children, they shouldn’t be tied down for the rest of their lives because of one mistake they made when they were so young. Everyone deserves a second chance!!!! In the mean time, how many second… Read more »

That’s the problem, these parents/people refuse to accept the fact that these “children” are capable of doing such acts. “They’re just babies” but doing violent crimes, as soon as they pick up that weapon to commit a crime they become nothing more than a target

This is an issue that we’re going to have to deal with for decades. Lyndon Baines Johnson started this with his Great Society. FJB has exasperated with just being FJB.

The only salvation is getting back to two parent families, GOD and a heapin’ helpin’ of forced personal responsibility. Even then it’s going to take a couple of generations to make it right. IMHO.

Were these Mini Thugs Tren de Aragua Probbies? These Terroristic Criminal Groups are known for bringing in boys about 12 and training them for Soldados in the group. Texas is one of the top national hotspots for Tren de Aragua activity.
