U.S. Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-Miss.) today signed as an original cosponsor of legislation to allow law-abiding citizens with concealed carry privileges to take firearms across state lines.
To reiterate, the undersigned organizations consider a “Yes” vote on HR38 as a vote in support of gun-control and will relay that to our members.
The bill passed the House but it’s concerning that fourteen republicans did not stand with their party and the rights of citizens to bear arms.
The truth is, in defiance of federal and state Constitutions, Hawaii officials demand the enforcers be the “Only Ones” authorized to bear arms.

The Tennessee Firearms Association confirms through the Department of Safety that 8 states that did accept Tennessee’s handgun permits for reciprocity no longer do or accept only some of them.
