Introducing the All-New Taurus TH10, 10mm Pistol

Taurus, a renowned name in the firearms industry, is proud to announce the highly anticipated launch of the Taurus TH10, a cutting-edge addition to its exceptional lineup of handguns. The TH10 is set to make its debut, promising firearm enthusiasts an unparalleled combination of safety, accuracy, and innovation.

Suitable for personal protection from both two-legged and four-legged threats, the TH10 uses the existing sturdy framework from the TH series that holds up to thousands of rounds without complaint. The initial trigger pull is a smooth double action, and then the subsequent follow-up shots break cleanly in a single action. Plus, like all other TH pistols, the TH10’s thumb safety doubles as a decocker, safely lowering the hammer. Or, carrying the gun cocked and locked just like you’d carry a Taurus 1911.

If you’re just now getting into 10mm or you’ve been a fan for ages, you’re going to love the new Taurus TH10.

Key Features of the Taurus TH10:

  1. Combination Safety/De-cocker Lever: The Taurus TH10 boasts a unique Combination Safety/De-cocker lever, providing users with the flexibility to carry in either hammer-down or cocked-and-locked positions. This innovative feature enhances the overall safety profile of the firearm, catering to the preferences of a diverse range of shooters.
  2. Stainless Steel Barrel: Engineered for pinpoint accuracy, the Taurus TH10 is equipped with a premium stainless steel barrel. This feature ensures exceptional precision, making the TH10 a standout choice for both seasoned marksmen and those looking to elevate their shooting experience.
  3. Tailored Recoil Spring and Guide Rod: Designed specifically for the potent 10mm caliber, the TH10 incorporates a recoil spring and guide rod meticulously crafted to optimize performance. This custom design ensures reliable and consistent operation, contributing to the overall durability and longevity of the firearm.
  4. Impressive 15-Round Capacity: The Taurus TH10 comes with a generous 15-round capacity, providing users with ample firepower in a single magazine. This extended capacity is ideal for various applications, from personal defense to competitive shooting.
  5. Industry Standard Sight Dovetails: Recognizing the importance of customization, the TH10 is equipped with industry-standard sight dovetails. This thoughtful feature allows users to easily install common aftermarket sights, tailoring the firearm to individual preferences and shooting requirements.

Since Taurus released the TH9 I’ve been pestering Taurus for a TH in 45 and 10 and soon I have all 3. The TH 9-45 have performed flawlessly with any and all ammo I have fed them and hope the 10 does too.

I’m happy with my G40 and I’m certainly not gonna jump in the bandwagon. I’ll wait n see what issues it has and with what rounds.

The 10mm really benefits from a 6 inch barrel.

Taurus has been hot garbage for a decade or more. As a dealer, I can say it’s one of the few I see go back to the shop on a regular basis and also one of the few I’ve seen spontaneously disassemble itself under normal shooting conditions. Seriously, I’ve never seen parts just start falling off of guns that are brand new out of the box after struggling through the first few magazines quite like a Taurus. Their QC is legendary for being the absolute worst. I sincerely hope they get things lined out but, until then, I’ll keep warning… Read more »

Whoever went through giving negative thumbs to people that speak the truth about junk that they have personally witnessed, I changed everyone’s votes back to zero. The only one left that is negative is mine because I can’t vote for myself.

Step up and say why all of our negative comments are wrong. Grow some.
Mr. Slugg, I down voted your comment if you are wondering who did it.

Never use Taurus and a high pressure round in the same firearm. Nope, nope and NOPE.

The specs and features for the price point actually look pretty appealing and, on paper, it seems nice but… my personal anecdotal experience of two says don’t do it.

I hope the mags don’t fall out of it like they do my PT45 Millenium Pro that was recalled but they failed to notify me of it so I cannot get a different pistol to replace it because it is past the time of return. Thanks Taurus, never again, EVER. Total POS

I’ve got a few each of the G2 and the G3. One each of the GX4, a .357 revolver and the OSS DS 24/7 in .45. I’ve never had any issues with any of them and I purchased the G series pistols due to price.

The OSS DS 24/7 is one of my favorite guns in my collection and I’d never sell or trade it. Can’t wait to get the TH10! Taurus, please make more!

people need 10mm instead of .40 because why? because metrics are cool?
