Kershaw Cryo Blackwash Pocket Knife

The original Cryo was named a BLADE MAGAZINE Best Buy of the Year and MEN’S JOURNAL Approved Gear. This BlackWash version offers additional bad boy style, with the same strength and performance of the original. The Cryo is a collaboration between custom knifemaker Rick Hinderer and the design and production engineers at Kershaw. It’s built of pure stainless steel with an attractive, rough-and-tumble BlackWash finish. The Cryo is designed to be a sturdy knife that’s still aesthetically pleasing and feels good in the hand. Excellent value, trusted engineering, multi-function capabilities, and companionability mark BlackWash Cryo for a lifetime of respect between itself and anyone fortunate enough to handle it. You can look to Kershaw for everyday carrying knives that can tame any cardboard box and liberate any purchase from its plastic packaging, sporting knives that make hunting, fishing, watersports, and camping even better, work knives that won’t let you down, and tactical knives that ensure you’re ready for anything.

Have a similarly Kershaw. Smooth handle is a slippery grip. My other one pops open in my pocket. The blade is sharp though.

It’s probably a good knife. Every Kershaw I’ve owned has been, but is it too much to expect that knife makers put TWO matching scales on a knife? This trend of one scale and one bare liner is ugly, and should be history.
