Henry Repeating Arms today announced the release of the SPD CRUSR Rifle, a collaborative project between Henry’s Special Products Division (SPD) and Field Ethos. The ultralight lever action is designed to shrug off the elements with a best-in-class feature set tailored to professional guides, backcountry outfitters, and hunters who push their expeditions deep into the world’s most unforgiving places.

It delivers more than enough stopping power for all seven continents with a 4+1 capacity of .45-70 Gov’t and enough structural overhead to handle +P hunting cartridges. Unlike other Henry lever actions, the outer magazine tube is devoid of a cartridge cutout to maximize Cerakote coverage, keep out dirt and debris, and eliminate the shine of the brass inner magazine tube from showing externally.
