Charlotte, NC –-(Ammoland.com)-  On August 2nd 2013, the Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt announced that Wyoming will recognize a Kansas concealed carry license (CCL).

This recognition will allow Kansas residents who have obtained a CCL to carry a concealed firearm for self-defense while traveling through or visiting the Equality State.

Kansas already recognizes all valid out-of-state concealed carry permits through the enactment of Senate Bill 21 earlier this year.  However, this announcement marks the 32st state to recognize a Kansas CCL.  Permit holders must comply with the laws that apply in every state they are traveling.

For a complete list of states that recognize the Kansas CCL, please visit www.ag.ks.gov.
