Wyoming Becomes a Constitutional Carry State
Any bets on which states will be the last to pass this? Post your answer below.

Wisconsin –-(Ammoland.com)- Wyoming becomes the 2nd state in less than a year to allow concealed carry without a government permit or permit tax ormandatory training.
That makes Vermont, Arizona, Alaska, and Wyoming all “Constitutional Carry” states.
This is now the trend nationwide.
Similar bills are pending in states including West Virginia, Maine, Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, Tennessee, South Carolina and Utah.
A bill has been introduced in Kentucky but hasn’t advanced while another was introduced for discussion in Idaho.

About:
Wisconsin Carry, Inc. is a non-profit corporation dedicated to the preservation and reclamation of the rights of law-abiding Wisconsin residents to carry in the manner of their choosing. We believe that “open carry” and “concealed carry” are choices to be made by law-abiding citizens based on their situation and preference. Wisconsin Carry, like many gun-rights organizations in Wisconsin, is investing a great deal of resources to get Wisconsin law changed to allow concealed carry this next legislative session by proposing Constitutional Carry. Wisconsin Carry, Inc. will continue to use legal recourse to deter unlawful treatment of law-abiding Wisconsin residents who currently exercise their right to open carry, and soon will exercise their right to concealed carry in Wisconsin. SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED…WTF DOES THAT MEAN?Fairly self explanatory,if you ask me.When seconds count, cops are only minutes away…
My guess is Illinois.

Driving is also a right. It falls under the right of locomotion.
MA, NY, NJ, CA. Can't quite figure out VT, though.
That is easy, California, the Bay Area will hold it hostage, have hippie sit-ins, bang on bongo drums and smoke weed in front of cops about how the public needs to give into the "man". At no time, has it been more amazing, the arguments, that call for more "sporting" ability analysis of weapons and that the 2nd Amendment is nothing more than muzzle loaders for deer hunters. I truly do feel, that there is a movement afoot that is trying to bring in a Lenin type. If you don't like to carry, don't carry. Why is it that I… Read more »
Ryan, Driving a car is a PRIVILEGE. Owning and carrying a gun is a RIGHT. Learn the difference. You say you carry, but you are concerned that others aren't nearly as smart and responsible as you are. A little conceited, aren't you? There wasn't carnage in the streets when Alaska, Vermont, and Arizona passed Constitutional Carry laws, and there won't be a problem when Wyoming's new law goes into effect. Do you know that "open carry" has been a law in Wyoming for years? You could strap on your sidearm and go anywhere as long as your jacket or something… Read more »
I don't mean to question anyone's integrity or honesty, but having lived for several years in Colorado, (primarily in Denver) I have come to rename that state as California Light. And as I have come to learn of that state's very hard left stance I find it hard to believe that from out of nowhere legislators will take a philosophical 180° turn. And suddenly start to act like their bordering (and more rational) neighbors.
Sorry, but it would be about as easy for me to accept news that Pelosi is joining the Tea Party.
If there should be any restrictions to ownership or ability to carry whatsoever, it should be based only on a person's mental/emotional condition and if the person in question has commit a firearm related crime.
In case nobody's noticed, the security of this nation's citizens and their homes were far better off before gun control laws were enacted rather than afterward.
And consider this… Take a guess as to what percetage of firearms used in the war to win our freedom was privately owned as opposed to government owned and issued. If you don't have a clue, look it up.
The Framers of our Constitution knew all to well the importance of not only having unrestricted access to arms, but to carry them as well. A WWII Marine by the name of Colonel Jeff Cooper often said
"An armed society is a polite society"
Do NOT be caught up in the media hysteria where they believe allowing everyone to carry would bring about crime and random shootings. These devils want NOTHING more than to see you lose your rights..Do NOT lose them, EXERCISE them and arm yourselves
Minnesota does not have, and has no pending legislation for constitutional carry…
Why is it yellow on the map?
