This looks just like the one I made for my LC380 a couple of years ago with an “Old Faithful” holster kit. I couldn’t find anything for my Laser Max LC380, so I contacted “Old Faithful”. They sent me what I needed along with instructions and I made my own. Later I made one for inside my motorcycle vest…they both work just fine.
