Farmingdale, NY -( Meprolight, the Israeli manufacturer of many standard-issue optics and night sights to the Israeli Defense Forces (arguably one of the most elite fighting forces in the world) is proud to announce that the Mepro Sting is now available to U.S. law enforcement and military personnel.

The state-of-the-art dual wavelength laser pointer is designed to support multiple tactical scenarios including close quarter combat (CQB) and covert nighttime operations. The laser can be visible or flipped to infrared laser so that it’s invisible to the naked eye of the enemy. Targets won’t know they have been lit up, until it’s too late.

Utilizing a single zeroing process for both lasers, the Mepro Sting is fast and efficient with high as well as low-power options for both lasers. The laser comes equipped with a safety catch for the visible laser to avoid any accidental exposure to hostile forces. Additionally, the laser has color-coded LED indicators so the shooter is clued into whether the laser is in visible or infrared mode. Laser can be operated with or without the use of a remote control cable.

The Meprolight Mepro Sting is exclusively available to law enforcement and military personnel only. Upon purchase, the Mako Group requires proof of current status before product can be released for shipment.

Meprolight Mepro Sting retails at $1,557.
