Aubrey, TX -(AmmoLand.com)- Defender Supply, a law enforcement/first responder equipment and vehicle upfit company, and its sister company, Defender Outdoors, a brick and mortar and online shooting sports retailer, announced today that is it relocating both operations to a new location in Argyle, TX.
“Defender Supply is a leading national vehicle upfit company currently operating from a facility in Aubrey, Texas, experiencing exponential growth during the last 6 years. Our move into a larger, modern, and purpose-built complex will facilitate continued growth and improve our customer service,” stated Defender Supply President Bryan Brooks. “This move will more than double our current capacity and improve our employees’ work space.”
The new location is expected to open the in the summer of 2016.
“Defender Outdoors retail store and online e-commerce company quickly outgrew our current location in Aubrey, TX in 2015, with future growth projections in the double digits. Our new warehouse capabilities will allow us to purchase in larger quantities, reduce order processing costs and help pass those savings along to our customers,” said Andrew Sypien, Vice President of Marketing of Defender Outdoors. “The new building will include a larger retail store and showroom for both law enforcement and consumer customers. Our goal is to increase our customer support personnel to ensure a positive shopping experience before and after the sale.”
During this transition period, the Defender Outdoors consumer retail store located in Aubrey will be closed, but will continue to allow local pickup of internet orders. Additionally, a kiosk will be available for e-commerce orders, processing background checks for firearm sales, and immediate pickup of local warehouse products.
