Chapin, SC -(AmmoLand.com)- United Sporting Companies (USC) announces the hire of Robert C. (Rob) George as Vice President of Marketing.
Rob will report directly to CEO Brad Johnson, effective immediately. Rob will be responsible for all marketing related activities for USC.
“Rob’s extensive and varied experience in Marketing, Sales and Operations in a variety of businesses make him a valuable addition to the USC team as we continue to expand our business and take our marketing capabilities to the next level. We are pleased that he has joined our team,” said Brad Johnson, USC Chairman and CEO.
Rob joins USC with significant experience in marketing, sales and operations. He has held a number of positions including Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Zentis North America, Marketing Director for Reynolds Consumer Products, Brand Manager at Reynolds Wrap, Associate Brand Manager at Kimberly-Clark, Sales Representative at AstraZeneca, and Staff Accountant at Deloitte & Touche.
Rob received his MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Villanova University.
Rob is married and has three children.
