New Jersey USA – -(Ammoland.com)- New Jersey is one of those states that never met a pointless and ineffective gun control policy it didn’t like. In recent years it was kept in check by the otherwise beach going blowhard, Chris Christie, but even he seemed to think that gun buyback programs were actually worth doing.
But as is often the case, give an inch to rights infringers and they will want to put the bill of rights into the shredder.
In the waning hours of Christie’s tenure the gun control loving pit of vipers that is the NJ Assembly and Senate are seeking control of gun buybacks on the state level, taking it away from the state attorney general’s discretion.
Not only are they seeking control of it, they are seeking to make gun buybacks MANDATORY.
The bill (S1154/A2374) requires nine buyback programs a year, has already been passed 52-17-5 by the Assembly and is scheduled for a Senate budget committee vote Thursday. It could then be passed Monday, the last day of the two-year legislative session. The nine buybacks would be broken down to three in each section of New Jersey; North, Central and South. …….
It’s difficult to manage with only polite comment any discussion about anything to do with ‘gun control’ in NJ – expletives would seem a better choice.
Things are already bad enough but stand by for some extras – not only a ‘bump stock’ ban but a scheme to mandate gun ‘buybacks’. As we repeatedly point out, no one can buy back what was never theirs and, do they really expect criminal’s guns to come flooding in?

Jews For The Preservation Of Firearms Ownership Mission is to destroy “gun control” and to encourage Americans to understand and defend all of the Bill of Rights for everyone. Those are the twin goals of Wisconsin-based Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership (JPFO). Founded by Jews and initially aimed at educating the Jewish community about the historical evils that Jews have suffered when they have been disarmed, JPFO has always welcomed persons of all religious beliefs who share a common goal of opposing and reversing victim disarmament policies while advancing liberty for all.
JPFO is a non-profit tax-exempt educational civil rights organization, not a lobby. JPFO’s products and programs reach out to as many segments of the American people as possible, using bold tactics without compromise on fundamental principles. Visit their website.
I have lived in NJ twice and love it. Beautiful state, except Newark, which is a terrible representation of the state. With all these guns control attempts, you could not pay me $5mm/year to live in this crumbling state with huge property tax bills to pay for all the corruption. NJ is going the way of SF.
Every gun owner in this country should email a respectful and polite monograph to every gun manufacturer, every gun accessories manufacturer in the state of New Jersey, and tell them in no uncertain terms that they will no longer own the weapons that are produced in New Jersey, and that they will no longer own any accessories produced in New Jersey.
Money Talks, and the New Jersey company who continue to support that socialist Marxist propaganda state with their tax money need to be pressured into leaving that state.
We can do that pressuring with our wallets!
You tube has many videos on homemade guns for no questions asked “buy back”
Here is one

We all need to go buy some pvc pipe and travel to NJ to make a few thousand or more per trip off the backs of their taxpayers. Then we can go back home and splurge on some nice arms that we wouldn’t otherwise buy.
we are being sold out to a foreign agenda. disarming the world population is an EU agenda using the UN. Any politician who are pushing this also pushs abortion, open borders, uncontrolled migration, as a people, as the republic, need need our elected President to call us to arms and remove these treasonous swine. NOW, Before it is to late
I’ve said it before, these foolish state and local government no questions asked buying programs create a market for stolen weapons, evade federal regulations, and waste taxpayer monies. Why do the voters and feds let them get away with it?
ussr-nj welcome to commy land were all politician say an oath to get rid of the constitution of america..bad guy people bad.them having all control bad.why do we let them tell us how to eat sleep work etc.but the teach us how to vote if we get handout and gov perks aka entitlements.
If New Jersey politicians are against guns why don’t they refuse to accept the sales tax money they receive everytime a gun is bought at a dealership in Jersey?
If the state leaders don’t want the guns they surely don’t want any money from the sales of them.
New Jersey is lost. All those who still believe in liberty would do well to leave it and watch it burn to the ground under the care of the authoritarians who rule it.
I for one, am looking forward to buying $25 shotguns in PA, and selling them to NJ for $100
