I missed something… how does it illuminate?
Glow in the dark material on the base illuminated by the powder. Hence why it’s night time ammo, wouldn’t see it in bright sunshine.
Still, would be good for training indoors,etc.

Does it contain any lead?
defenders and law enforcement can track their shots and adjust fire quickly. that is what sights are for. No magic bullet/gun will replace proper training and practice.
