Wyoming – -(AmmoLand.com)- Michael Bloomberg is probably smiling from ear to ear right now in NYC, as he plots his new strategy of attacking our Second Amendment freedoms here in Wyoming.
That’s because the support for ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ legislation continues to grow — being sold as a ‘common sense compromise’ amongst lawmakers in state legislatures all over the country.
It’s already passed in states like Florida, New Jersey and Indiana.
And, with a disturbing number of Wyoming lawmakers refusing to answer our survey precisely because they don’t want to promise to oppose this dangerous legislation, this is a threat we have to take very seriously!

New Jersey a Red State? The writer of this article made a huge mistake here.
When it comes to “red flag laws”, there is highly questionable – and there is absolutely horrible. This largely depends upon who is allowed to request these orders. The larger the pool of individuals that can request these orders, the worse the potential for abuse. California has had such a law for a while – and a full 90% of such orders were reversed as soon as the subject got their day in court. The conclusion is unavoidable: These laws are massively abused.
What is California doing in response to this abuse? Expanding the law, of course!
the dictionary defines regulate as: Adjust to a particular Standard, Rate, Amount, Degree etc. thus well regulated. The 1st, 2nd, 4th and 10th amendment includes the word people,
You only get them one way so try it!!!
How about being convicted of a crime using a gun, murder, et. al. is immediately a capital crime, mandatory sentence death?

Calling New Jersey a Red State makes the author(s) look like idiots.
One can argue about New Jersey being a Dark Blue state, or a Purple state, or somewhere in between.
But NO sane and INFORMED person would consider New Jersey a Red state.

What is happening in both Wyoming and Montana with anti-gun politicians running amok is disturbing, disappointing and heartbreaking.
Disarming the American Citizens, by Swatting one house at a time. Remember Red Flag laws allow any law enforcement officer to “flag” anyone with firearms, without “due process”! These types of laws ARE the beginning of the end of our Constitution and our Republic.
This land is NO longer Free, not by a long-shot unfortunately!! Wake up people – do you not see what is going on here. . .
