Virginia – -(AmmoLand.com)- Ralph Northam, the Governor of Virginia is hellbent on sanitizing the Commonwealth of all of their evil guns! At every turn, he is doing everything from pushing unconstitutional bills, begging for an assault weapons ban, looking to limit citizens to only one gun per month, and, of course, violate everyone’s rights with a red flag law.
With his recently submitted budget bill, he is even asking for $6.8 million dollars of Virginian’s tax dollars to hire officers to enforce his gun control laws that do not even exist….yet!
With the Gun Owners of America and the Virginia Citizens Defense League fighting back, coupled with the 2nd Amendment Sanctuary movement that has taken over more than 90% of Virginia, all eyes are on Richmond!! The new democrat-majority legislators take their Oaths of Office on January 8, 2020, and have pledged to violate the Constitution immediately! How? Well, their first order of business is to make the Capitol and its grounds a gun-free zone!
It should be noted that the Virginia Citizens Defense League’s annual Lobby Day with be January 20, 2020, on the Capitol grounds. At the time of this posting, the VCDL fully supports the thousands who will attend from across the country exercising their 2nd Amendment rights! With the Virginia legislature promising to create a gun-free zone where the rally will be, that could change!

Any law repugnant to the Constitution is no law at all, and has zero force of law from its birth per the Supreme Court. But while that is a fact, until said BS “law“ is struck down in court, and probably Via SCOTUS, the government will do its best to enforce the BS “law.” Civil disobedience and non-compliance is a good step, but not enough. Tim Knight started both recalls in Colorado (a resident of CO at the time). He was an NRA Board member and got pissed at what was happening recently and resigned. He lives in Tennessee now and would be an incredible source of info. and tactics towards recalling of this nut case anti-Bill of Rights governor.
