Every day threats to our continued good health!
It is clear that the mass stabbing incident at the MI Walmart on Saturday was not the result of a foreign terrorist plot, nor a plot carried out by radical Islamists, nor, for that matter, a plot by malicious domestic political ideologues.
Rather, it was randomly perpetrated by a single EDP (Emotionally Disturbed Person) with a long and weary history, armed with a relatively small, inexpensive folding knife that one can casually purchase at any hardware store.
Yet, this single deranged man inflicted eleven serious casualties, and in very short order!
There was a time when such EDPs were confined to mental hospitals, but in our “enlightened” civilization, we don’t have mental hospitals anymore….
A few of us routinely go armed. Fewer still routinely carry a trauma kit. And, only politicians (and a very few others) go about routinely escorted by a cadre of heavily-armed bodyguards (gratuitously provided by beleaguered taxpayers who can’t afford such elaborate protection for themselves).
Thus, for the vast majority of us, the delusory expectation that “teammates” or public police officers, for that matter, will precipitously materialize and “save the day in the nick of time” is self-deceitful fantasy, as I’ve pointed out so many times before!
We’re on our own (as I’ve also endlessly repeated)
The point? Curious that you’ll never find a Democrat politician protected by “unarmed security”. Not a chance!
The very guns that Democrats insist they want desperately to remove from private possession in our civilization are the self-same guns they so self-righteously demand are ever-present to protect them!
It strikes me as the height of hypocritical arrogance that Democrat politicians, all the while protected by a heavily-armed cadre, so piously insist that we “ordinary citizens” can’t be trusted with guns.
Further, they endlessly insist that privately owned guns might end up in the “wrong hands.” Of course, they invariably define “wrong hands” as the ones on the ends of the arms of their political opponents!
With “individual sovereignty” we so cherish here in America invariably comes “individual responsibility,” sole responsibility for our own continued good health.
Prudent adults take that responsibility literally and seriously.
Ever-adolescent fools blithely, self-deceptively believe “someone else” will protect them!

Democraps need to study white lines–not the ones they snort, but the ones that outline their bodies after the come face to face with one of their beloved constituents. Politicians should not be allowed to have any higher level of protection than they are willing to provide for their constituents.
Them type of people must be escorted to another realm. Violently escorted!
