As a reloader, I am on the fence about this one. Slower FPS with an open tip would mean less penetration but the weight of only 22 grains more over a 55 grain would increase it but will it be more than a steel core?
I’m not sure. I guess I will wait until the police start complaining about cop killing bullets to know its effectiveness and make my decision.
