Deplorable Bill

“The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.” Stripping someone, an American citizen, of their GOD given, constitutionally protected, unalienable right to keep and bear arms without due process IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL, IMMORAL & EVIL. The legislators who came up with this law, the judges and enforcement people who went along with it are criminal and they are liable for any damages it causes.

Arm up, carry on.

Good work NJ2AS and Mr. Rescinio. Thanks for the update. Always harder when chartering new waters; especially when dealing with unethical state/government attorneys. This is an extremely important and necessary law suit.

Until this red flag notion is struck down, arms owners should not speak on the issue publicly. Choose your friends carefully and if you must, speak generally only to them. Never use suggestive terms on social media. Tyrannical democrat officials will frustrate themselves in search of potential violators and eventually will overreach. When such violations of due process are exposed in courts, this whole flimflam will collapse. Until then, lights out and mics off.
