Judge Wants White House, Congress to Meet in Middle on Fast and Furious

Washington DC - -(  On May 15th 2014, U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson indicated “she’s inclined to split the difference between Congress and the White House” in the lawsuit dealing with document requests about Operation Fast and Furious.

According to Politico, Jackson said that she was “poised to reject the most extreme arguments put forward by lawyers for the House and for the Obama administration.” She also “appeared to harbor some hope that hinting at her likely ruling” would encourage both sides to settle “the long-running document dispute that led to Attorney General Eric Holder being held in contempt of Congress by the House in 2012.”

The case is singular inasmuch as “there is little or no precedent for a congressional committee suing to enforce a subpoena for agency documents.”

Judge Jackson told the courtroom, “I don’t think anybody’s got a case on point. We’re all dealing with a netherworld.”

She added, “It’s always nice to be told you are deciding something no one’s ever decided before.”

So, Judge, what you are telling the American People is that neither, the Rule of Law, the Constitution, our RIGHTS, YOUR SWORN OATH OF OFFIE, OBAMA’S SWORN OATH OF OFFICE, HOLDER’S SWORN OATH OF OFFICE, and the Laws of the Land don’t mean JACK SH!T to you, and that We, the People, should just “compromise” our RIGHTS, AGAIN.

Tell you what, Your Horror: If you’re not going to abide by your Oath, or your promise to We, the People, you ARE NOT WORTHY OF THE OFFICE YOU HOLD. RESIGN, IMMEDIATELY. AND IF YOU DON’T YOU SHOULD BE IMPEACHED, TRIED, CONVICTED, AND IMPRISONED.

It is “public servants” such as yourself that ARE THE PROBLEM.

What makes people change into mental zombies when they go to work for the government?

    4. Just another ” privately owned ” judge covering for the most criminal presidential administration in the history of our once proud nation .
