Rock Island Auction Company – -(AmmoLand.com)- These carbine’s were used from World War II up through Vietnam. They were intended as a light rifle substitute for the Model 1911A1 pistol and were generally issued to officers and radio men. This is a late WW II production carbine manufactured by Inland Division of General Motors. The carbine has been imported by the Blue Sky Arsenal in Arlington VA. (marked on the left side of barrel). All markings are standard. Folding reproduction M1A1 paratrooper stock with leather cheekpiece.

Condition:
Refurbished retaining approximately 90% faded parkerized finish and shows some overall scratches and handling marks. The otherwise fine replacement wood is lightly oiled with only minor pressure marks and scuffs. Mechanically excellent.
