The Ohio Statehouse is a very busy place right now for our gun rights! There are a number of bills both for and against our rights that you should be aware of and contact people about. The below list is by no means exhaustive.

Pro-gun bills:

HB 99 (OFCC endorsed)- This bill prohibits police from seizing firearms and prevents enforcement of new gun registries.

HB 203 (OFCC endorsed)- This bill has a lot of moving parts, the most discussed being that it removes the duty to retreat from a self-defense encounter.
