Covington VA –-(Ammoland.com)- Virginia Citizens Defense League (VCDL) has a new video that we would like to see posted far-and-wide!

The video is aimed at the general, non-gun owning public.

If we are to succeed in the future protecting our right to keep and bear arms, we need to bring as many new gun-owners as possible into the fold, and also educate those who have a mistaken view of who we are.

This beautifully done, high-resolution video introduces the viewer to a selection of gun owners across Virginia, with the hope that they see themselves reflected in that random representation.

Many thanks to member Kenneth R. van Wyk, who came up with and followed through on the plan for the video. The idea came from a similar video made by the Minnesota based Twin Cities Gun Owners and Carry Forum. Thanks also to EM Matt Gottshalk, with McGee Digital, who did the first-class filming and editing.

Both Kenneth and Matt have put in countless hours and miles criss-crossing the state to get the footage.

Thanks to those who took the time to be part of the video, including Executive members Patricia Webb, Leyla Meyers, and Tess Ailshire, and regular members Jim Reynolds, Kenneth R. van Wyk, Baraka James, and Wade Woolwine. You might notice one other familiar face, too. 😉
