Arizona – -(Ammoland.com)- Michigan Poll: Would you be more comfortable shopping for a home if you knew your Realtor was carrying a gun?
Note the tortured structure of this poll. Not “Would it bother you if your Realtor carried a gun? Not “Do you think Realtors should be able to carry guns?”
I think the clearest question would be “Would you prefer that your Realtor be unarmed?”
But the question is what it is. The results so far are as follows:

yes 61.53% (411 votes)
No 38.4% (257 votes)

On line polls measure the ratio of those who are interested enough to answer an online poll. The results are a little low. Second Amendment supporters typically outnumber those who push for more restrictions by 3-10 to 1. In this case it is not yet a 2-1 ratio. This poll is asking an essentially emotional question designed to delegitimize self defense. Those who want more restrictions on guns must delegitimize self defense, or they lose. Even with the emotional trigger in place, the poll is almost 2-1 ratio in favor of second amendment supporters.

She would be a complete fool to go an meet a complete stranger unarmed! As a Bails Bondsman U can bet any time U see me U can sure bet I’ll be armed, usually with more than one gun, except when interviewing an inmate in jail for a bond, the jsil doesnog allow me to bring wespons inside of the jail!
She (the realtor lady) could have my back with hers,and I would have her back with mine. What the hell does her being a realtor have to do with anything ?
I voted no only because of the poor question.
I could care less whether my realtor was carrying or not and it certainly wouldn’t “make me feel safer”. I don’t depend on others for my safety or comfortability.
Of course, I would probably have something in common with a realtor that carried but I’ve never really given it any thought in the past and probably won’t in the furure.
I carry most times. Trying to sell a home, I was surprised when my realtor showed up with her 10 year old son to check out my house and fill out paperwork. I could tell she was cautious, but it still struck me as odd to bring a child into a situation where she was cautious. I wanted to discuss self defense, but felt perhaps that moment was not the time. Though I will discuss it after getting to know her further. I think she should be armed, and trained to protect herself, and her child.
Of course I’d want to know.
Better tactics should the worst happen if you know who will be able to help you protecting them and yourself.
I would feel much better knowing I was not alone in the fight and that I had another person to help rather than one who just need protecting.
It should ask “Do you feel comfortable with your realtor being raped and murdered because liberal looney tunes hate guns in the hands of law abiding citizens.”
