In this role, Lu is responsible for transferring the ongoing Ozonics practices—internal process improvements, ordering automation procedures, on-site production and shipping—directly to the consumer. Specifically, Ozonics is implementing full-service ordering technologies, allowing the consumer to receive notifications and track their order from point of sale all the way through the shipping process.
“Moving Customer Service to Mason City, Iowa, gives us the opportunity to better coordinate order entry and logistics into a cohesive, streamlined process to better serve our customers,” adds Stacey. “If our customers are not happy, we certainly are not happy. Adding Lu in Mason City is a strategic move to making sure every one of our customers gets the attention and transparency they deserve.”
