Buhl, Idaho –-(Ammoland.com)- Many of you have been following the situation down in Buhl, Idaho. We have been working with the city for some time to get the ordinance there changed to be in compliance with state law.
We are happy to announce that a decision was reached by the city council on the issue!
Mr. Higbee, the council president, recently sent me an email saying that they were striking the wording in the ordinance that discussed the discharge of firearms in city limits.
This settles the issue that the ISAA had with the ordinance.
We appreciate the council taking time to listen to the concerns of citizens regarding the ordinance. We also appreciate the citizens who were constructive and actively engaged in the political process.
You guys made a difference!
