      Thank you for your reply, called and they said will sell me a camera at half price. After further research I see where others have the same problem while trying to update. It seems there is an issue with the update. I feel your update caused the issue. Not happy with having to buy another camera at half price, this is your loyalty program? I can get the camera you offered me from Amazon for 3.00 more than your half price. I feel you need to reconsider your loyalty program. I thought you would offer to fix/replace camera for shipping cost. My only other recourse is to maybe go on social media which I hope your company would not want.

    2. Hi i have the same problems with my two g42ng v-3 . They both take vids and pics out of focus and day pics are to bright and on cloudys day pic are to dark. . So i phoned in and they sent me 2 refurbs for 58..00 Canadian. When i received them yesterday guess what they do the same thing. The two refurbs are broken or have not been refurbished. When i phoned in yesterday they told me to send them back . So I would have to pay about ( $35.00 to send them down and $35.00 us to send them back or $100. and something canadian.) These refurbs should work right when you get them. these do not, so they were doa . why do i have to pay for this , I think these cameras are like your 4k cameras as they have the same problems and you made a firmware update that worked for them. I also have a g42ng camera from 2014 excellent detail pics and vids. Why not make a firmware update for this camera like you did for you 4k cameras.. ( what happens if the newer refurb camera do the same thing) I would have spent enuff to buy 2 4k cameras almost. So instead of 2 cameras that do not work right i have 4. mike

    3. I have had tree pairs of Walker Silencer ear buds and on all three the batteries lasted only 15 hours. Walker support tells [me that’s all I should expect. BOY AM I DISAPPOINTED!!! !The box has a BIG orange label advertising 80 hours of battery life. This is not what I expect from Walker. I would like someone from Walker’s executive staff to contact me.
