I can buy 124 grain 9mm Federal Premium HST’s for $23.95 per box of 50. I could just start practicing with a bunch of those as well use them for self-defense and “save money” over the “Train & Protect”. And Federal would still be earning my money on one of their premium products. This ad – I mean article says ‘COMPETITIVELY’ priced ammunition. Are you kidding? 72 cents a round for 40 cal?

I also like to practice shooting the ammo I will use, thru the rifle I will use. Most quality deer hunting ammo is $1/round or more. Gets pretty cost-prohibitive to do anything more than check scope alignment for most of us. Once I… Read more »

A fool and their money are soon parted. I really dislike “salesmen” because they prey on the ignorant and or weak.

Wild Bill

@Roy D, That is why our school systems don’t teach anything worth knowing, to our kids, anymore, so that salespeople can prey on the ignorant easier.
