Walther is voluntarily initiating a recall to protect the safety of its customers because under certain conditions it is possible that some of these pistols may fire when dropped.
Please do not load or fire your Walther PPS M2 pistol and contact us immediately to arrange to have your pistol upgraded free of charge.

One of the main reasons I like my early model Walther PPS is the safety factor. I was placing my PPS on a high shelf, about six foot off the floor, and dropped it. It was fully-loaded, with a round in the chamber. Of course, you NEVER reach for a falling pistol, because that’s the fastest way to shoot yourself or others. Many folks having issues getting a Fed ex label printed after submitting the recall fiorm
We have filled out the PPS M2 Recall Form and submitted it. We are unable to obtain the FED EX shipping label and tracking number. Would like suggestions for obtaining the shipping label and tracking number. Thank you.
I have been trying to download the shipping label to return my PPS M2. I have tried over and over, using Google Chrome; Bing and Internet Explorer. My Ad Blocker have been disabled. On Google, I get messages that I cannot connect to some server; Bing and Internet Explorer direct me to this page. What can I o to get the shipping label.
do have to remove my night sights?They are hard to install.
