One of the main reasons I like my early model Walther PPS is the safety factor. I was placing my PPS on a high shelf, about six foot off the floor, and dropped it. It was fully-loaded, with a round in the chamber. Of course, you NEVER reach for a falling pistol, because that’s the fastest way to shoot yourself or others. Many folks having issues getting a Fed ex label printed after submitting the recall fiorm

Marla Lyon

We have filled out the PPS M2 Recall Form and submitted it. We are unable to obtain the FED EX shipping label and tracking number. Would like suggestions for obtaining the shipping label and tracking number. Thank you.

Make certain you configure your brower to allow pop-up windows. I had this problem earlier today but resolved it quickly in Chrome, via Settings/ContentSettings – allow pop-ups. Try that. Good luck!

I have been trying to download the shipping label to return my PPS M2. I have tried over and over, using Google Chrome; Bing and Internet Explorer. My Ad Blocker have been disabled. On Google, I get messages that I cannot connect to some server; Bing and Internet Explorer direct me to this page. What can I o to get the shipping label.

Russ

I had same problem. Once I went into internet settings and disabled the pop up blocker……it came up and was able to print it out

Marc

Same here, no issues after disabling pop-up blocker, printed it and shipped it.

do have to remove my night sights? They are hard to install.

Ivan Sokolov

Dennis,

Removing your aftermarket night sights is unnecessary, there should be no trouble whatsoever on Walther’s part. Unless specified and stated otherwise. I work for a gun store as a transfer agent and have never heard of a customer being refused of a repair/warranty/recall services.
