Call House and Senate Leadership TODAY and Urge them to Pass the Bipartisan Target Practice and Marksmanship Training Support Act

U.S.A.-(Ammoland.com)- The U.S. Senate and U.S. House are about to wrap up the 115th Congress, and the bipartisan and universally supported Target Practice and Marksmanship Training Support Act has yet to reach the President’s desk. This measure is NSSF’s top legislative priority on sportsmen’s issues. The bill would provide for increased access to public shooting ranges benefitting recreational target shooters, gun owners, hunters and sportsmen and women without costing taxpayers a dime.

Time is of the essence, and it is critical that Senate and House Leadership hear from you TODAY. Please urge Leader McConnell, Whip Cornyn, Speaker Ryan, and Leader McCarthy to work on a bipartisan and bicameral basis to enact this pro-sportsmen’s legislation before this Congress adjourns:

  • Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY): (202) 224-3135
  • Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn (R-TX): (202) 224-2934
  • Speaker of the House Paul Ryan (R-WI): (202) 225-0600
  • House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA): (202) 225-4000

In addition, please email your members of Congress by clicking on this link to urge them to support the bill’s passage.

On behalf of the entire industry, thank you for taking this important opportunity to support enactment of legislation that will be a legacy to sportsmen and women for generations to come.

This article doesn’t say what number the Target and Practice Bill is, nor is there a working link to email these representatives. And it doesn’t say if the Target and Practice Bill has been brought up in either house or what committee it’s been assigned! NSSF, if you want our help, give us the means to help and complete information!!!

The link is missing.

Whether congress has acted or not is on them. YOU acting and calling your representatives is something YOU can control. Please do your part (and it is also an opportunity to voice your frustration for their previously poor performance).

Nothing is going to get passed right now in the firearms legislation. Not this, not the hearing protection act, not the class 3 removal, not the nation wide carry NOTHING EXCEPT the bumpfire removal.
They dangled the carrot in front of us and we fell for it. They are done with us and now it’s going to sit until the 2020 elections where once again the carrot will get put back on the pole and dangled. They will blame the dems for a couple of years but truth is they never had intentions of doing any of it.

A pox on both their houses. It’s time for a political party that represents the will of We The People!

You might want to look at the Constitution Party. It’s what the Republican Party used to be.
