“Celebrate the 4th of July” in this article’s heading? I went to a store today and overheard a staff member wish a customer “Happy Fourth of July.” I got angry, and told her that she might as well wish someone a merry “25th of December” instead of Christmas. I said that it’s INDEPENDENCE DAY, and that people died for that. @David, its not a scary black rifle, or even a handgun that’s semi auto (one trigger pull, one round fired) that holds 15-18rnds, or more. Just a little “ol” 2 shot derringer capable of one rnd of buckshot, or slug, and one rnd of 45lc lead, and you have to cock it by hand. Im not from Cali, but I would think it would be legal there, but it is the land of fruits and nuts, as far as elected officials go, you might want to do a little more checking, or maybe Bond arms can give you a little… Read more »

Pretty sure they build a “CA legal” version of most products they make. Just have no idea what modification to a two shot derringer you would have to make in order for it to be legal in CA?lol Might check out their web site.

but he can’t have one that shots shotgun shells.
